Theresa Thin is CPO at FINBIT in Myanmar. She directs all projects in the field in Asia, including being responsible for recruitment, training, coaching, and supervising the field supervisors and promoters/data volunteers for the different L-IFT/FINBIT Asia projects. She liaises with the clients on logistics and is an expert in working with different software tools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Dagon University and a Diploma in Business Management from De La Salle of St. Benedict College.
